bleap pays fine when i buy something once from apple but the monthly renewal fails every time. same card. anyone else

is the card the stored one on the account or are you typing it each time

That is your answer then, and it is a common one.

A one-off purchase where you enter the number is a fresh authorisation. A subscription renewal runs against whatever Apple has stored on the account, which is not the card you just typed in — it is whatever was there before, possibly an expired entry. Go into the account payment settings rather than the checkout page and set it there explicitly.

If it still fails after that, the next thing to check is currency: Bleap settles in EUR and USD, and if your Apple account bills in a third currency you are adding a conversion step that the renewal can fail on even when a manual purchase succeeds.

changed it in settings. renewal failed again on the 1st. gave up and used a different card
