changenow swap stuck on 'exchanging' since last night - is it still running?

Sorry if this is the wrong section, I wasn't sure whether swaps belong here or in payments.

Background so the question makes sense: I've been using changenow for about two months to get USDT onto a card, always the floating rate, never a problem, usually done inside ten minutes. Last night I sent 0.011 BTC at around 23:40 and the order page has said Exchanging ever since. That is coming up on twelve hours. The support form gave me a ticket number and nothing else.

Is changenow still working for other people right now? I don't want to send a second one if the first is going to unstick itself.

Floating order stuck because they wait liquidity for your pair, not because site is down. I do two swap yesterday, is fine.

Anyway twelve hour is long. Reply on your own ticket and use the word refund. They move faster when is refund.

small btc orders sit longest. it's the size not the site

You sent 0.011 btc to buy usdt. That is a dust-adjacent order on a pair with two hops behind it, and you paid a btc network fee for the privilege.

Hold usdc, swap usdc into whatever the card wants, and the entire class of problem disappears. You're doing fiat brain with extra steps.

It landed at 14:20, so fifteen hours all in. Rate was the one quoted at the start, no haircut.

Thank you vlad_ptk, saying refund is what got the ticket answered. Thank you 0xLumen, I did not realise the pair mattered that much and I will move to holding stablecoins. Thank you grindstone.

fifteen hours is rough but at least it came back at the quoted rate!

The order page you refreshed for fifteen hours is a static address tied to that swap. Anyone who has it has your send address, your receive address and the amount, indefinitely.

Don't paste it into a support chat you don't control and don't leave it open in a browser someone else uses.

Twelve hours with a ticket number and silence is the part worth remembering, not the fifteen. Did anyone actually answer the ticket, or did the order just complete on its own and you assumed?
