whats the cheapest thing i can actually start today

i have about 120 quid and thats it for this month

every guide i read assumes you have a grand for ad spend or a year to wait for seo. whats the thing you would actually start with 120 today. not a course

with 120 you buy time, not traffic. pick the one that doesn't need spend and give it six months

Depends what you're running, but with 120 the honest allocation is roughly:

• A domain, 10
• Hosting for a year, 30 to 50
• Nothing else

That leaves you 60 and the correct thing to do with 60 is keep it, because the thing that kills people at this budget is a surprise bill in month two.

What you're buying with that is a year of being able to publish, which is the only asset available at this price. Paid traffic at 120 is a fortnight of learning and then nothing, and I'd rather tell you that than sell you a domain for it.

The part nobody mentions: you will need somewhere to pay for the hosting from, and a lot of the cheap hosts decline consumer cards from some countries. If that happens to you it's a known problem with known answers and people work through it on the Crypto Cards & Prepaid board here regularly. Don't assume the decline means you've done something wrong.

And don't buy an aged domain at this budget. I sell them. You don't want one yet.

honestly 120 into a single cheap traffic source on one tight angle can absolutely work, i started with about that in 2023!! you learn more in two weeks of spending than six months of writing

You started with 120 and you had a job, which is the part that gets left out of that story every time.

I did the same in 2018 - blew about 200 in nine days, learned a lot, and the only reason it was a good trade is that losing 200 didn't change my month. If the 120 is all of it, the two-week version isn't a lesson, it's the end.
