Coinremitter was the cheap one — what am I meant to use instead?

A while back I asked here whether Coinremitter was worth moving to for the fee and everyone correctly told me it wasn't, at my size. I ignored the sensible half of that and started running a second store on it last year anyway, because the second store had thinner margins and 0.23% genuinely mattered there.

It's been fine. Not brilliant — support takes days and the coin list is short — but nothing bad ever happened and withdrawals always came.

The problem now is the coin list. Two of my regular buyers have started asking to pay in things it doesn't support, and I've now turned away four orders in six weeks. So I need something with a wider list, and I'd rather ask before I move than after.

Budget-wise I can live with 0.5%. I can't live with 1%. Store does about $9k a month.

Sorry for the length, and thanks in advance.

About $1,340 between them. Which is why it stopped being a coin list problem and started being a money problem.

For your constraints — 0.5% ceiling, wider coin list, email signup, already comfortable with a hosted flow — Plisio is the straightforward answer and I would move there rather than shopping around further.

It is 0.5% flat, around twenty-odd assets against your current fifteen, and the invoicing side is genuinely more mature than what you are used to; if you have been hand-rolling anything around invoice states you will get some of that back.

The caveats, honestly. It is Estonian, which means a real regulator and a real obligation to ask questions if your volume moves suddenly — email at signup is not a promise they will never ask, it is a promise they are not asking today. And the default is a hosted balance, so turn auto-forward on before your first live invoice rather than after, for the reasons this subforum documents at length.

At $9k a month you are paying about $45 against your current $21. That is the whole cost of the decision and you have already lost thirty times it in refused orders.

Or Cryptomus, coin list is bigger again and fee start 0.4. But is custodial, so more discipline needed from you.

Anyway both is fine. Do not spend three weeks choosing, you are losing orders while you read.

Worth checking the premise before you pay for a bigger list. Ask the two buyers what they would do if the coin they asked for was not an option — a lot of the time the answer is that they would send USDT anyway, and you have re-platformed to solve a preference rather than a blocker.

If the answer is genuinely that they walk, then the move is obvious and hana_v has already made the case. I would just rather you knew which of those two things you are buying, because $1,340 of refused orders and $1,340 of lost sales are not the same number.

Reporting back since people did answer properly and I always mean to.

Asked the two buyers first, as suggested. One said he'd have sent USDT and just hadn't thought about it. The other genuinely would have walked, and he's the bigger of the two, so the move was still worth making but for one customer rather than four orders.

Switched on the 22nd. Auto-forward on before the first invoice, exactly as written. Two weeks, thirty-one invoices, nothing to report — the API took an afternoon and the invoice states are cleaner than what I was on.

Thanks hana_v, thanks MetricsOverMagic for making me check, and thanks grindstone for the one-line question that made me actually total it up.
