Coinremitter withdrawal stuck on pending for six days — anyone else this month?

I moved a client onto Coinremitter in June mostly for the fee — 0.23% against 0.5% everywhere else is real money at their volume, and it settles direct to a wallet rather than parking in a hosted balance, which was the other reason.

Withdrawal request went in on 26 September. $2,910 in USDT on tron. Still pending. Support answered on day five with a template about network congestion, which is not a thing that happens on tron for six days.

So: is this account-level, or is it happening to everyone right now? The whole pitch was that there is no balance to sit on, and yet here we are sitting on one.

cheapest fee in the category and you're surprised the operator behind it is thin. that's the trade you made, mate

nothing is free. you paid for it in ops capacity, you just paid on a delay

7 thanks

Their operating jurisdiction is not published anywhere. Work out what that means before you decide who you are escalating to, because the answer is nobody.

That is not a reason never to use them. It is a reason to size the exposure so that a total loss of whatever is in flight is annoying rather than fatal, and $2,910 sounds like you already did that by accident.

Fourteen withdrawals off my own account since March, timestamped from request to arrival.

Coin n Median Worst
USDT tron 6 41 min 6 days
BTC 5 1 h 20 3 h
LTC 3 34 min 55 min

Both of my outliers were USDT on tron, and both were in a window where the request went in outside their business hours. Everything else has been same-hour.

That pattern reads like a hot wallet that runs dry on one coin and gets topped up by a human, not like an account freeze. Which is better news for you and worse news for the product, because it means it will happen again on the same coin.

Landed this morning. Day nine, no explanation, no follow-up on the ticket.

Your hot-wallet theory fits what I saw better than anything support said, so thank you. The client is still moving off — nine days of unexplained silence costs more than the 0.27% we were saving, and I cannot put "probably a human tops it up on Mondays" in a report to them.
