Cryptomus still settling clean this year, or has it turned?

Asking because a client of mine wants to move their APAC checkout onto Cryptomus and I have not touched it since 2024.

What I remember from then: wide coin support, fees in the 0.4 to 0.8 band depending on what came in, and a team that would keep you on when other gateways would not. What I do not know is whether any of that survived the last eighteen months, because the pattern with the tolerant operators is that they stay tolerant right up until the point they stop, and the board finds out three weeks after it happens.

So — anyone currently settling through it at a volume that would matter? Not "I signed up and it worked". Currently, and with money moving.

still fine. same as it was. the tolerance hasn't moved, the custody was always the problem

I use it since 2023 and still now, so i answer properly.

January i push 61k through it, mostly USDT on tron, some BNB. Withdraw every day between 09:00 and 10:00 my time, never one is late more than twenty minute. Fee is what they say, 0.4 on tron, higher on the coins nobody use. Nobody ask me one single question in three years.

But. Is custodial balance. Not proxy, custodial — the money sit in their account until you move it, and this is the part people forget because everything else is smooth. So my rule is the balance never sleep. If it is there at midnight i did something wrong.

For your client is good choice for APAC and CIS, yes. Just write the daily withdrawal into the process before they start, not after they get scared.

"the balance never sleeps" is a nice line for a workaround you shouldn't need.

you're describing a daily manual operation whose entire purpose is to reduce the time a third party holds your usdc. that's not a process, that's a hedge against a design you've decided to accept. a proxy gateway that forwards on receipt does the same job while you're asleep and doesn't care what timezone you're in.

Is api call, not manual. Takes me nothing.

Anyway auto-forward also fail sometimes and then you have same balance sitting there and you did not look at it for a week because you trusted it. At least my way i look every day.

Does the mini exchange side count against the same account limits, or is it treated separately? A client would be moving between two assets in the same account at a certain volume and I cannot find a straight answer anywhere.

"A client" and "a certain volume". Give a number or nobody can answer that.

That is the answer I wanted, thank you — 61k with a same-day withdrawal discipline is a real data point rather than a vibe.

One caveat for anyone reading this later: registered MSB in Canada means there is a regulator in the picture, which is a point in its favour for reliability and a point against it if your threat model is about being findable. Those are different clients and I have both.

the auto-forward crowd have never had an auto-forward silently stop. it's the same argument every time and neither of you is going to move
