My friend i need help with something that everybody in Europe say is trivial.

Gnosis Pay is one of the very few card that actually issue here in Brazil, this is why i choose it. Card arrive, KYC done with Sumsub, i spend with the plastic no problem, 0% FX is real.

Apple Pay is where it stop. Add card, it think for long time, then say card cannot be added at this time. No reason. In every video and every thread i read, european people add it in ten seconds.

Is the card different depending country? Or is my Apple account? I have doubt (dúvida) which one to attack first.

It is the same card everywhere surely? Gnosis is one product, they said so on a call

It is one brand. It is not one issuer.

A Visa card issued into Brazil is issued by a different entity under different scheme agreements to one issued into the EEA, and tokenisation is enabled per issuing entity per market. Same app, same chain, different plumbing. That is not a call anyone would put on a webinar.

Ravenstack has the mechanism, and there are two things worth trying before you conclude it is not available.

First, the wallet app itself has to be on a build that supports provisioning in your market, and the in-app add card button behaves differently to adding the number in the Wallet app directly. Try it from inside their app rather than from Apple's side. On several markets that is the only path that works.

Second, check whether the card in your app is the virtual one or the physical one. They are separate objects with separate numbers and in some markets only one of them provisions. People add the wrong one and conclude the market is unsupported.

What I would not do is change your Apple region. It works, right up until you lose access to purchases you already made, and you will be untangling it for months. The settlement side is fine either way — everything lands on Gnosis Chain regardless of which market issued the card.

I try from inside the app and is completely different flow. Thank you my friend, testing now.

Worth remembering the whole thing settles on Gnosis Chain only, so if you are holding usdc anywhere else you are bridging before you can spend it. That surprises people more than the Apple Pay part does.

Solved and i want to write exactly what work because nothing i find online say this.

The add card button inside the Gnosis app work first try. Ten seconds, same as the european people. The Apple Wallet route never work, not once, not on any of three attempts over two weeks.

Also hana_v was right that there is two cards - i was trying the physical number the whole time and the virtual one is the one that provision here.

So for anybody in LATAM reading this later: is not your country, is the button you press. Obrigado (thank you) to everybody.

Glad it resolved. One note for later: the cashback on this one is paid in GNO at the higher tiers, and receiving a token as a reward is a taxable event in most places at the moment you receive it, not when you sell it.
