laso says my voucher was already used and I never used it — $480

My friend i have a problem and i not find anything in search about this exact thing.

I mint a voucher on Laso with 480 USDT, the transaction confirm, the voucher appear. I go to redeem for a purchase and the redeem screen say voucher already used. I never use it. Nothing was bought.

Now the voucher is gone from the list and the balance is not anywhere. The 3.8 percent was already take, that part they do not forget.

Somebody see this? Is my fault somehow?

Maybe. I have two tab open yes, one on phone one on laptop. Is that the problem?

That is very likely what happened, and it is worth understanding why it is worse on this product than most.

The voucher model means there is no balance sitting anywhere waiting for you — the whole design is that minting and redeeming are one movement with nothing dangling in between. It is the reason the product exists and it is genuinely good for one-off purchases. It also means that when a redeem half-completes, there is no account balance for the money to fall back into, because there is no account balance at all.

What I would do: find the mint transaction hash and the voucher reference, and send both in one message. They can see whether the redeem was consumed by a card authorisation or whether it was consumed and never spent, and only the second one is recoverable.

The thousand a month cap also means it is not worth minting large. Two vouchers of 240 would have made this a 240 dollar problem.
