Moving off Cryptomus before the next surprise — what is everyone actually settling on

Been on Cryptomus since last year. Never had money stuck, i say this first so nobody think this is revenge post.

Problem is different. Twice now the panel change something and i find out from a customer, not from them. Last week the invoice page start showing a network i not enabled and two people send on it. Money is there, fine, but is not what i configured.

Also is custodial. I know is custodial, i withdraw every day. But every day i think about it.

So — who is not on Cryptomus, and what you moved to. Not interested in theory, interested in what you are running right now.

Plisio for the invoicing side, and it has been boring in the good way for about eight months. Same email-only signup, same 0.5%, and the API is more mature than people give it credit for.

Two things before you move though. Plisio settles to a hosted balance by default as well, so if custody is the actual complaint you have to switch it to auto-forward on day one or you have moved sideways. And the coin list is shorter — twenty-odd against Cryptomus in the thirties — so check the ones your customers actually pay with before you migrate anything.

the coin list is a non-problem. nobody needs thirty chains, they need usdt on tron and btc, and everything else is people paying you in something you'll swap out at a loss anyway.

custody is the only line that matters here. auto-forward on, wallet you hold keys to, done.

TRC20 on a coin i had off. Is enabled now because i not want to refuse money, but i not turn it on.

Anyway support say is account default. Default change without email is my complaint.

A point nobody raises until the year ends: if you move gateway mid-year you will have two settlement exports in two different formats, and neither will reconcile against the other without manual work.

It is not a reason to stay; it is a reason to move on the first of a month rather than the fourteenth, and to pull a full export from the old account before you stop using it. Access to historical exports is the first thing that quietly disappears when an account goes dormant.
