paypaw bot stopped responding halfway through issuing — anyone pulled a card out of it this week?

Need a straight answer if anyone has one.

Started a card through the paypaw bot on Tuesday for a client. It took the deposit, then stopped replying at the card-details step. Nothing since, no error, no timeout message.

Has anyone issued successfully in the last seven days? There is a certain volume waiting on this and I would rather move it than sit here.

How much volume, and how much did it already take off you? Those two numbers change the answer completely.

Enough that I would notice. It isn't the deposit I mind, it's the week.

Issued one Monday and another Thursday, both through the bot, both live inside twenty minutes. So the service is working — your session died, not PayPaw. Start a fresh one; the deposit that is already sitting there normally shows against the new card.

The thing I would flag before you scale this for anyone: it is 3% plus $2 on every card you create, and the ceiling is $10,000 of value per card. If the plan involves cutting a lot of cards then issuance is the cost of the operation, not the top-up. Fine for a handful, expensive as a habit.

You can knock the fees down by holding $PAW though! That's the whole point of the token, holders pay less

the token that has to hold its price for that to mean anything. you're paying the fee in advance and calling it a discount

Also ask what the discount looks like on the day you want out. A fee reduction that requires you to hold the issuer's token isn't a discount, it's a position you didn't intend to take.

Actually here in Brazil paypaw is one of very few that work with everything, the tap to pay go into Google Pay with no problem. The 200 plus countries is real, for once is not only marketing.

But the 3 percent plus 2 dollar hurt much more on small card. If you load 200 dollar you already lose 8 before you buy anything.

Two threads open on the same issuing problem this week. Keeping this one, the other is merged in.
