Topped up privcards this morning with BTC and the balance is still sitting at zero three hours later. Site loads fine, card is still there in the dashboard, everything looks normal except the number.

Is this thing still running or did I just send money into a dead site?? Never had it take anywhere near this long before.

2 thanks

Chain and confirmation count. Post those two things before anyone can tell you anything useful.

BTC, 2 confirms showing in the explorer! Fee was whatever the wallet suggested.

They wait for six on BTC. Two is nowhere near it, so nothing has gone wrong yet.

Mine has always landed between four and seven hours on BTC, and about twenty minutes on USDT over Tron. If you top up regularly the chain you pick costs you more time than the 2% costs you money.

Separate point, since nobody made it. You have a transaction in flight and you just posted the chain, the rough amount and the timing on a public board. That is enough to find it.

Not a disaster on its own. It becomes one the third time you do it.

LANDED! Five hours forty in the end. 2% came off exactly like the page says, nothing weird.

Sorry for the panic everyone. USDT next time!

Glad it resolved. One thing worth doing while it is fresh: write down the amount you sent and the amount that was credited, somewhere that is not the dashboard. If you ever need to reconcile a year of these, the history will not be there waiting for you; it is not that kind of product.

My friend actually i have doubt about this being always fast. In march i wait two days for the same thing, BTC also. Not three hours, two days. It arrive in the end but i was already sure the money is gone.

So is not always quick, depend the day i think. Good that people know before they panic like this.

no it didn't. two days means you sent on the wrong network and somebody credited it by hand after you opened a ticket. different problem entirely

Was the correct network my friend, i check three times and i never open ticket, it just arrive. I dont say the site is bad. I say sometimes is slow and two days happen to me, that is all.
