solcard top-up sat unconfirmed overnight — is the no-kyc tier still live?

Sent usdc on sol to a solcard balance yesterday evening. Finalised on chain in under a second like it always does, and the dashboard has said pending ever since. Fourteen hours on a chain that finalises instantly is not a chain problem.

Anyone topped up on the standard tier this week? Trying to work out whether the no-kyc side is still running or whether they've quietly started pushing everyone toward verifying.

Standard tier is live, I topped up Tuesday and it credited in about forty minutes. Fourteen hours is not normal but it is not the tier being switched off either.

Two things worth being honest about while you wait. The 5% on the no-verification tier is the steepest in this category and there is a $10 issuance fee on top, so a small card starts underwater and stays there for a while. And it only takes SOL and USDC — no BTC, no ETH — which is fine if you already live on Solana and a dealbreaker if you don't. It is also not available in the US or a fairly long list of other places, so check before you build anything around it.

If instant SOL top-ups are the specific thing you need, it does that part well and I keep one. If you are picking a card on cost, this is not the one.

5% for what, exactly? Name the thing it does that the 2% ones don't.

The verified tier is 0% top-up! Do the KYC once and the fee just goes away, that's a huge deal nobody mentions

Then it's a KYC card with a no-KYC trial attached. If you're going to verify, you have thirty better options and most of them pay you cashback for the trouble.

The 0% tier is not an answer to the question this thread asked.

Also is not available in many country. I check for Brazil and was fine, but a friend in another place cannot even sign up. So for some people is not a choice at all, before you compare the fee.

Credited at hour nineteen. No message, no explanation, the balance just appeared.

So it works. It just tells you nothing at all while it isn't working.

Nineteen hours with no status change is the part I would write down. It is rarely the fee that catches you out later; it is not knowing whether to send a second one.
