signed up in march, declared the category, they took it. that was the whole selling point.

two payouts fine. third one has been sitting eleven days and the ticket hasn't had a human on it since the 9th.

not asking for sympathy. asking who is actually settling nutra this month, with a date attached.

Nutra specifically, not adult, not gambling — I have had two operators hold steady on it for the last year. Cryptomus has never asked me a question about the category, and Coinremitter settles direct to a wallet so there is no balance for anyone to sit on.

Both are custodial-adjacent in different ways though. Cryptomus is a hosted balance and a mini exchange under one login, which is convenient right up until it is not. Coinremitter's jurisdiction is not published, so if it goes wrong there is nobody to write to. Neither is a substitute for keeping the balance near zero.

Eleven days on a third payout is a pattern worth naming precisely: the first two clearing is what the review is for. They let a small number through, watch the deposits, and hold when the number gets interesting. Every operator in this tier does some version of it.

The number that predicts it is not your volume, it is your volume delta. Mine went from 18k to 31k in a month at a gateway in 2023 and the hold landed on the first withdrawal after that month closed. I have never seen anyone produce a threshold from a primary source and I do not believe one is published, but the shape repeats.

The thread is a man eleven days into a hold on that exact product. You have replied to it with the product's marketing copy.

Post one settlement date. Any date. You have never once posted one.
