I'm logging every complaint and what the host did about it — nine months, six providers

Called it in February and I'm going to be insufferable about it for exactly one post.

Owner-operator versus reseller. Your three nothing-never providers own their racks. Your two forwarders don't own the racks in the jurisdiction they're forwarding from — they're on somebody else's floor and that somebody else has a compliance department. Nine months of data and the split falls exactly along that line.

Not that anyone will use it. Next week there'll be another thread asking which host is bulletproof, and the first reply will be a list.

Two of them own the hardware in one location and rent in another, so the line is not as clean as you are making it. But it is closer to the finding than price was, and I did not think it would be.
