Card dead, withdrawals dead, ticket says 'under review' and nothing else — anyone else since March?

Narrow question for anyone who got the balance back. Was there a cap on how fast you could move it out afterwards, or did the full amount withdraw in one go?

Asking on behalf of a client with a certain volume sitting in a similar position, and the answer changes what we do next.

In both cases I know of it withdrew in full, no post-review cap. But both were four figures, not whatever you are describing, and I would assume anything materially larger gets looked at again on the way out.

I do not think anyone in this thread has your number.
