Every January someone asks which no-KYC cards are still alive and gets five answers from 2024. So here is a list, and I will keep it updated as long as people keep posting into it.

Rule for adding one: you must have personally issued or topped up in the last sixty days. Not "a mate says", not "their site is still up". Post the card, roughly when, and what it cost you.

Still issuing as of January 2026:

Card Signup Issue fee Top-up Confirmed
PrivCards Seed phrase $1.50 2% Jan, me
Vyrion Seed phrase $1 1% Jan, me
PayPaw Telegram bot $2 + 3% 3% Dec, me
SolCard Wallet $10 5% —
Laso Wallet, voucher $0 3.8% Nov, me

SolCard I have not personally touched since the summer, so it is on the list unconfirmed and someone should either confirm it or I take it off.

What I want in a reply: card, date, what you paid, and whether anything about the signup changed. What I do not want is opinions about which is best — there are nine threads for that.

Vyrion, 4 January, issue was one dollar exactly like you write. Top up 300 USDT on tron, land 297.

Nothing change in signup, still seed phrase and nothing else. Confirmed from UA.

One correction to the table before it gets copied around, because this one catches people every time.

The PayPaw row reads as "$2 + 3%" issuance and "3%" top-up, which is right, but the two are charged on the same money if you fund at issuance. Create a card with $500 on it and you pay the flat two, then three percent on the load as an issuance charge, and there is a further three percent if you top the same card up later.

I make the all-in cost of a $500 card in its first month $32, against $6 on the Vyrion row. That is not a rounding difference and the table as written hides it.

Confirmed issuing on 2 January, so the row stays, I am only arguing with the fee column.

Laso, 7 January, from Brazil. Minted two vouchers, both fine, fee was the 3.8 exactly as written. Confirmed.

SolCard i cannot confirm because is restricted here and always was, so for LATAM that row is dead already even if it work for you. Maybe the table need a column for this, actually is the thing that matter most for half the people reading.

"Still issuing" is doing too much work as a column heading. A card can issue fine and be useless — issuing, funding, and actually authorising a transaction are three separate things and this list only measures the first.

Add a column for the last confirmed spend, not the last confirmed signup. Otherwise in four months this is a list of companies whose signup page still loads.

Both good and both going in at the next update — a region-restricted column for paulofrz and last-confirmed-spend for you.

I'd rather the table got uglier than wrong.

Vyrion, 11 January, issued and spent - two transactions, $340 and $1,180, both cleared same day.

One thing for the notes column: the $150 minimum on a card's first deposit is still there and still catches people who read the $1 issuance and assume they can open one with a tenner.

add an inbound chains column while you're at it. "takes usdt" means nothing if it's erc20 only and you're holding on tron

By March this will be a spreadsheet with a maintainer and a governance dispute.

UPDATE — 4 February 2026

Rebuilt with the columns people asked for. Spend column is the last time someone in this thread reported an authorisation clearing, not a signup.

Card All-in first month, $500 Last spend Restricted Notes
Vyrion ~$6 11 Jan, grubstake88 none reported $150 min first deposit
PrivCards ~$11.50 3 Feb, me none reported $5k per tx
Laso ~$19 7 Jan, paulofrz none reported $1k/mo cap, voucher only
PayPaw ~$32 Dec, me none reported Telegram signup
SolCard ~$35 none US, LATAM, long list unconfirmed, last call

SolCard has had a month and nobody has posted a single confirmed spend. It comes off at the next update unless someone does.

Inbound chains I have left off because the answer for four of the five is "most of them" and the table was becoming unreadable. Ask in a reply if you need specifics for a chain.

This is genuinely the most useful thing I've read on here. Quick question if it's not derailing - does "none reported" in the restricted column mean confirmed available, or just that nobody's said otherwise?
