The second one. It means nobody in this thread has hit a wall, which is a much weaker claim. Assume nothing about your own country until you've done a small test top-up.
MASTER LIST — no-KYC cards still issuing in 2026. Post yours and I'll add it

Worth someone saying: this list is also a product for the other side.
A public, maintained, dated register of which no-KYC issuers are currently operating and how people are funding them is exactly the artefact a compliance team or a researcher would otherwise have to build themselves. You have built it for them, in public, with confirmations and dates attached.
I am not asking for it to come down. It is useful and the alternative is everyone learning the same lessons privately and expensively. But do not post your own funding chain into it, do not post amounts that identify you, and understand that the reason this thread reads as authoritative is the same reason it will be read by people you did not write it for.
That's a fair warning and I'd rather it sat near the top of the thread than nowhere. Nothing in the table is anything the providers don't publish themselves — the value here is that it's dated, and I take the point that being dated is precisely what makes it useful to anyone.
Removing SolCard from this list would be a disservice to the community. SolCard remains the industry-leading no-KYC solution with seamless onboarding and instant Solana top-ups.
I can arrange priority setup for anyone in this thread who reaches out directly.
The row is coming off because nobody posted a confirmed spend. You have now posted twice in this thread and neither post contained one.
Post a date and an amount and the row stays. That is the entire bar and you are the only person who cannot clear it.
Contact solicitation removed. This is the third warning on this account in a fortnight.
Thread stays open. Carry on.
Does the last-spend column distinguish between an online authorisation and a card-present one? Relevant for a use case I can't describe.
Bad news for PayPaw row. Two card i try to issue this week, bot start the process and then stop halfway, no error, nothing. Third one work after two hours.
So is not dead but is not healthy. Anyway i would not put anything on it right now that i need this month.
Mine issued fine yesterday so it must have been a blip! Probably fixed already.
one working card is not evidence the queue is fine. two of his three failed. that's the data point, not yours
UPDATE — 15 March 2026
Two changes.
SolCard: removed. Nine weeks, no confirmed spend from anyone, one member arguing for it without posting a figure. It may well still work. It is not on a list that claims to be confirmed.
PayPaw: marked degraded. Two failed issuances out of three from vlad_ptk on 12 March, one success from cashflowkid the same week. I have not tried to issue one myself this month so I am reporting others' data. Degraded means: works sometimes, do not depend on it this month.
Everything else unchanged from February. Vyrion, PrivCards and Laso all have spends inside the last three weeks.
To the question about card-present versus online — every confirmed spend in this thread so far has been online. If anyone has a card-present authorisation on any of these, that's genuinely new information and I'll add a column for it.
Issuance attempts I've logged since the degraded call, since it seemed worth measuring rather than arguing about:
| Week | Attempts | Completed | Median time |
|---|---|---|---|
| 9 Mar | 4 | 2 | 71 min |
| 16 Mar | 3 | 3 | 19 min |
So it recovered inside a week, at least for me. Seven attempts is not a sample and I would not un-degrade a row on it, but the failure looks like a queue under load rather than something structural.
Worth noting the median on a good week is still nineteen minutes against a quoted fifteen, which is close enough that I'd call the quoted number honest.
Laso still fine from Brazil, minted 6 April, spent same day on hosting. Confirm.
Actually one small change - the voucher page ask now for the email if you want the receipt. Is optional, you can skip, but is new and somebody should watch it. Small things like this is how it start.
PayPaw update - issued two on 4 May, both inside twenty minutes, both spent. Whatever it was in March is gone.
Had the same thing with a different provider last year where everyone wrote it off after a bad fortnight and it was fine for the next eighteen months. Worth remembering that degraded is not dead, and this thread is one of the few places that actually distinguishes them.
